Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Struggling with pelvic floor symptoms that interfere with your daily life?

We’re here to help you feel better, move more confidently, and regain control.

You don’t need to have had a baby to benefit from pelvic floor physical therapy. Our care supports anyone experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, pain, or movement challenges.

What to Expect

Comprehensive Evaluation

We start by assessing how you move — including how you walk, squat, bend, and breathe — along with your strength, range of motion, and coordination. Your spine, core, hips, ribcage, and breath mechanics all play a role in pelvic health, and we evaluate them together.

Personalized Education & Plan

Understanding your body helps you heal. We explain how your pelvic floor works using a pelvic model and answer your questions every step of the way.

Pelvic Floor Muscle Assessment

We include a gentle internal exam (with your consent) to assess strength, flexibility, and muscle control. This allows us to tailor your care precisely.

Collaborative Treatment

After your evaluation, we review your goals and design a treatment plan together. Your sessions may include therapeutic exercise, hands-on manual work, and muscle retraining — all aimed at meeting your goals. You’ll also receive home exercises to support progress between visits.
