Return to Yoga
LEVEL 1
This weekly class offering is designed for those seeking to return to yoga & mindfulness practices postpartum. Recommended start at 6 or more weeks (unless cleared by doctor sooner) until around 4 months or until the individual is ready for progression (Level 2). This class consists of mindfulness practices and a safe initiation of restorative yoga postures. It is recommended to attend class weekly for best practice and results. If you are unsure of where to start, try a Level 1 class first before taking Level 2.

LEVEL 2
This weekly class offering is designed for those seeking a safe progression in their return to yoga practices postpartum. Ready to advance from Level 1, but not quite ready to attend a traditional studio yoga class yet? This class is for you. Recommended start around 4 months or whenever the individual is ready for progression from Level 1. This class consists of mindfulness practices and a safe progression of yoga postures. It is recommended to attend class weekly for best practice and results.
