Early 0-6 wks Postpartum
Return to Functional Strength
This class is designed for those in the early postpartum stages (anytime within 0-6 weeks). It consists of easy movement to reawaken your muscles and begin your journey to functional strength safely. This class meets once per week and will have a Pelvic Floor PT AND a Personal Trainer present.
This is not for someone who has recently had a C-section.

Later 6+ wks Postpartum
Return to Functional Strength
This class is designed for anyone who has had a baby
(C-births included!) and has not yet returned to more advanced exercise movements and does not know how to. You must be at least 6 weeks out from having a baby, but there is no limit to how far out you have to be! This class meets once per week and will have a Pelvic Floor PT AND a Personal Trainer present.
