OFFERED IN COLLABORATION WITH
Early Postpartum Return to Functional Strength
This 5-week class series is designed for those in the early postpartum stages (anytime within 0-6 weeks). It consists of easy movement to reawaken your muscles and begin your journey to functional strength safely. This class meets once per week and will build slowly on movement techniques each week. This is not for someone who has recently had a C-section.

Later Postpartum Return to Functional Strength
This class is a 5-class series designed for anyone who has had a baby (C-sections births included!) and has not yet returned to fitness and does not know how to. You must be at least 6 weeks out from having a baby, but there is no limit to how far out you have to be! We will build slowly on movements that you are already doing in your daily life with individualized corrections/modifications from both a personal trainer and a pelvic floor physical therapist.

Functional Fitness
This class is for anyone! Reconnect with your body and build strength with this 8 WEEK fitness class series. Each class will be 45 minutes meeting TWICE PER WEEK at 4pm or 6pm.
Led by a certified personal trainer, this workout combines full-body strength training, mobility exercises, and endurance building. Using a variety of equipment including kettlebells, dumbbells, stability balls, resistance bands, and your own body weight, you'll gradually increase your fitness level while enjoying the camaraderie of a small group!
