Lindsey Kane is a registered dietitian, certified intuitive eating counselor, behavior change expert and body image coach on a mission to radically change how women pursue nutrition. Her non-diet approach helps women go from cutting-carbs to adopting an enjoyable, sustainable eating pattern that supports their total well-being. She taps into the science of behavior change, arming women with the structure, skills, & strategies they need to put their healthy eating intentions into ACTION. Her goal is empower women to ditch dieting and cultivate a healthy relationship with food and body.
