Crescent Lactation Care

Katy Baker-Cohen BSN, RN, IBCLC has been a maternal child public health nurse home visitor for over 10 years, supporting first time families all around Philadelphia. Katy is also the owner of Crescent Lactation Care, LLC and does in-home and virtual lactation visits, holds a weekly lactation support group, offers prenatal lactation classes around the city, as well as a monthly weaning support session. Katy brings her public health lens into the lactation work she does, finding ways to support parents holistically and always bringing the full picture of their life into the story of their breastfeeding/chestfeeding journey and experience. Katy is the mother of two children, who keep her passion alive for this work.
