Pregnancy & Birth Prep

Pregnant or planning to become pregnant?

In this model of PT, we can begin working with your body before problems arise. By preparing for pregnancy and birth, we can improve postpartum recovery and prevent problems!

Postpartum Rehab

Already birthed a baby and want to get back to pre-pregnancy activities?

It's never too late to properly rehab from pregnancy and birth! In this model of PT, we'll gradually work to safely re-load and re-train your postpartum body.

WHO WE TREAT

We are trained to treat ALL types of bodies, anatomies, and genders including cisgender, transgender, and nonbinary people.

We are experts, however, in the treatment of vulvar anatomy and have a special affinity toward those who identify as women (trans included) or those who have experienced pregnancy and birth (trans included).
